How hard is it to install a new underdrive pulley? I am looking into getting one to bump up the ponies in my 3.0 and was wondering how tough the job is. I have some mechanical knowledge so I am not totally incompetent. Haha.

What all did you have to do? Did you have to remove the front grill? Or could you access it the pulley without too much work?

Real easy. I also installed my electric fan while changing my pulley so there was more room. Basically, relieve tension on the belt. Break the bolts loose that hold the pulley to the harmonic dampener, and install in reverse order (with smaller belt ofcourse).
