98 B4K 4X4 emergency brake cable is stuck on the the driver side only?? Tried the usual fix's, sprayed wd40 on the cables, tried rocking the truck back-n-forth, no good... tried "tapping" the drum w/ a hammer, nada. Weather is not to cold but still problem exsists. Brakes have about 20k on them since last overhual?? looking for answers!!
