power windows into 1993 ford ranger

Hi, i was wondering how hard it is to put power window and locks into my truck or can it even been done. I was thinking of just getting a set up front a parted out explorer, and i need the tan interior color, and just wondering the whole concept would be, thanks
 
The doors are different on an explorer, so I'm thinking the power window regulators and such would not work with the ranger. The power locks should tho.
