Leaking axle diff seals?

Seems all my axle seals are leaking a little, rear to the TC and the rear diff and the front off the TC to the front diff at the diff. How hard are these seals to change or should I not bother? They are basically just wet now, but the front one is a bit more messy than the others.

I don't know how hard it is to do the ones in the transfer case, but the axles, I'm pretty sure you have to go through the process that you would if you were to regear the axles.

my rear axle is leaking too, at the pinion, and I am just leaving it be. Although, that is just because I have an Explorer axle that is going in.
