My squeal is back for more

I just replaced a bad idler pulley which temporarly worked then It started squealing again today. I tried the bar soap trip and squealing stopped right away.
The belt is pretty new. Is belt glaze visible?
Cause the belt looks peferct to me.
 
I guess I'll get a new belt

I guess the bad Idler pulley I had on before must have glazed the belt, but Not 100% cause I don't see any glazing
