Hi Guys!
I'm new the forum and 1/2 of my instrument cluster lights are out. I've checked the fuses and they are all good. I found an excellent DIY for the 1995 and up generation.
Is there a DIY for my 1994 generation instrument cluster removal??

Thanks!!!

its almost the same deal, have u taken apart the dash some time??
if u had just be carefull with the speedo cable, turn the cluster to the side and unplug the cable, u will need to take out the panel under the steering column, then remove the ash tray, remove the screws that are in there, and carefully pull the dash front panel, be very carefull and patient, cuz if u break the brackets then it wont fit right again, a good way is to remove the radio and the a/c vents, then carefully release the brakets from the inside, also the part that goes under the lights switch, if u have the stock radio, insert some little screw drivers or some thin allen tools(the ones that came in "L"shape) in the 4 squared holes the radio has in each corner until the brackets click, and gently pull it, to remove the a/c vent get your hand in the radio hole, and look for the little "locks" that keep the vent in place (located in each side)and gently pull it best tip to unplug the speedo is pull the cluster to the front as much as u can, then turn it to a side as much as u can too, the cable has to be unscrewed if i remember, dont pull it, check first if its screw or some safety bracket. i hope it helps!

also replace all the lights, cuz u wont be to happy to do this again
