are the aftermarket parts swapable such as cold air intake, exhaust systems,chips,manual locking hubs etc etc.

i,m having trouble finding parts for my 99 like manual locking hubs and a multi program chips
 
i was pretty sure but wanted a sec opinion before i started buying parts
