What does engine code P0133 stand for ?

I am not going to spray my motor down any more. Everytime I do the engine light comes on. Sprayed yesterday drove today for 20 minutes then light came on.

This time its P0133
02 circuit slow respnse (bank 1, sensor 1)

99 ranger scab 4.0 4x4 auto
 
Went to drive truck and engine light is off..... strange...

No one knows what the code is ah ?
 
Give me about 30 minutes and i'll look it up for you.
 
All I can see is that it has to do with the 02 sensors. alldata is giving me a procedure of how to check it but I can't copy and paste that many pages...
 
Checked my 93-05 manual..

I got: Upstream oxygen sensor circuit slow response
 
Your oxygen sensor on your exaust manifolds are shot, 1 or the other is shot. Make sure to replace both left and right otherwise they wont read the exact same and throw out another code. Also unplug the battery to reset the computer and discharge the wiring harness to prevent damage.
