what bed will work for 2001?

i hit the guardrail in my 2001 and i am looking for options on bed replacement, my bed was completley dent free before tonight:bawling: and is black, question is what year beds will fit , work on the 2001 2.5 2wd ranger? reg cab.... will mid 90's beds work like 95+ and will my taillights fit?

Well, I'm not trying to be a dick, but if you looked at the sticky's at the top of these regional forums, it says "this is not a tech forum". And also, I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before.

But to help steer you in the right direction, any bed 93-pres. should work. Just make sure you get a 4wd bed if you have 4wd, or a 2wd if you have 2wd. 4WD beds and front fenders have holes drilled for the fender flares and 2wd beds/ fenders do not.

What I said should be, and I believe is, correct but I would get a second opinion. It's always smart to do that.

And, a Mazda B series bed would bolt up too, but they look slightly different (in between a step side and a regular bed) and they use different tail lights, but they should plug into your wires.
