99 ranger bolt on prerunner bumper?

ive looked around and cannot find a tru bolt on pre runner style bumper for my 99 ranger. I just want the kind that bolt on the original bumper

i could not find a true bolt on pre runner bumper for my 96 so i looked on james duff.com and bought one for an 88 ranger when i got it i just had to drill two holes on top of my bumper and added custom brakets on the side for extra stability and it looks pretty dam good if you ask me.

i thought about trying that as well just wasnt sure without seeing one
