I want to lower the front of my 03 Ranger 2 inches. i lowered the back by taking out the block under the liefs but im not fully sure on how to do the front.
lmk how to do this please.

un crank the torsion bars

lol wheres the bolt and how do i know how far to uncrank it
btw thank you.

Ohhhhh man dont lower havent you heard, lifted trucks rule the planet... if you must you could cut the springs both front and back... will have no suspension but will be lower

2" would need 2" drop springs. I have never done a drop but from my reading the 2000 and up including your 03 can be aligned without any additional parts on a 2" drop.

well i heard that the torsion bar is the easiest way to go. and i may sound really dumb but im quite sure what it is lol.
and im trying to lower it on my 20s because the stock ride hieght makes em look like 18's and im to cheep to buy 22's =]

crawl under the truck, follow your torsion bars back to the crossmember. you might have to undo a plate to get to the bolts. then just losen the bolts.

no problem, good luck!

OOPS! I missed the Edge part! Like the other guys said uncrank your T bars.

When you loosen them do it a little at a time. After, Move the truck enough for it to settle in (around the block will be more that enough) then see where you want to go from there. If it's still to high keep loosening that bolt, if it's to low go back the other way a bit.
