As some may know, I'm in the process of doing a sas. I'd like to run a single brake line to the center of the diff, then T it off to the wheels.

What's the stock brake schematic look like? I took a peak in my engine bay and it seems theres 2 lines that come off the master cylinder (assuming line for front and line for rear) but they run to another device (ABS thing maybe?) then there's more lines coming off of that device.

If there are just a font line and rear line coming off the master, can I bypass the other thing and just run the line down to my diff?

My abs doesn't work if that matters. I have a swapped rear and now a swapped front - the sensors don't exist anymore.

If I got some of the terms wrong I'm sorrry - I threw em around pretty loosely. Hopefully you know what I'm talking about. I don't know a whole lot about the braking system.

Yes you could just tear out your ABS HCU and just run 1 line to the back and 1 line to front. That is how the gen 2's were plumbed.

Ok, so could I just bypass it for the front and still have my rear running through it? Just plug the ports where my front line came in and went out from the ABS HCU?

My truck stock does not have front ABS so it bypasses the "HCU?" I have a line running directly to the T on the frame where it goes to either side. My rear still goes through the HCU, I do not have rear ABS anymore either.

I'd just get rid of it all together if it was me. Just use a couple of unions and joint the halves of the rear brake line together.
