00 3.0 auto trans sputtering and possible misfire loss of power sounds like crap and runs rough, just started a couple mins ago going up to my house

first check for power at the coils
check spark at plugs and also there gap
oh and yes check the knock sensor see if it is connected
- should be top right of engine bay (by oil pressure switch and ignition coil) i beleave
check compresion on all cylinders
if all else fails since you have OBDII programing hook up a scanner and it should give you
at least enough info to fix it

We'll we just got done doing the seafoam treatment and now it works perfectly wtf????
seafoam is good stuff. didn't think it was that good.
