Yea I would either say craigs list or look in some "Trucking" (big rig) sections of catalogs and online, I got my CB antennas from a trucker i know

standard whip antennas arent overly expensive brand new. i think i paid $15 for mine at the local radio store.
radio shack usually has a selection in stock.
FYI, you'll get much better performance from a GOOD antenna hooked to a cheap radio than you will from a good radio hooked to a cheap antenna.
