hey guys, in my 96, it didn't come stock with A/C so thats not an issue, the issue i'm having is that when i turn my switch to say floor heat, or even face/feet, it does not blow out of the vents on the panel, it only blows through the defrost vents, and i feel a slight warmth blow from the foot vents but nothing like my 07, mind you its new so everything works.

I tried dickin with the switch by taking the glove box off and looking at the arms to the blower however everything is hooked up right but it still doesn't work, i'm stumped. anyone ever had this problem?

don't know for sure, but your truck may have vacuum operated actuator that bit the dust(hole in diapragm)or leaky vacuum line.just a guess, fwiw.

i'm not familiar w/newer trucks, but there should be a vacuum line diagram under the hood that would show any vac lines going to the dash.if so find the line and follow it.sorry i can't be more help.if there is a actuator you can test it w/hand vacuum pump or remove and hook up to vac line under hood for testing.
