Power Mirrors only move one way

My passenger side mirror only moves inward and down, not up or out. And my driver side only moves in and up. I don't know if its the switch or the motors. Anyone have some advice?
 
roll the windows down. with the ignition off, move the mirrors. you should be able to hear the motors in the mirrors wirring. if you can hear them wirr and the mirrors dont move, you need new mirror heads. if they are silent even while moving the switch, you need a new switch.
