I need some help, I need to know what size an O ring needs to be to go on my hubs. Thanks

All I got to say to this is good luck. I tried Carquest, NAPA, Checker, O'Reilly, Autozone, a bearing/hydraulic supply place, a driveline shop, and the Ford dealerships looking for the right size o-rings. The dealer was the only one who could get it, and you have to order the hub rebuild kit in order to get it. I ended up just using a bunch of silicone and it has held up good so far.

The first NAPA that I went to had them in stock. Places like that usually keep various sizes on hand. I'm not sure why you had so much trouble, but it's certainly not like they're an uncommon item....

I have no idea why it was so hard to find. A lot of places had big o-rings that were almost the right size, but nobody had one exact.

whats the rebuild kit #

I don't recall this kit had much in it... the O-ring, a new "4X4" sticker, and maybe a new screw for the dial? (or maybe not... I forget) Whatever the case it was very bare-bones for something called a "rebuild kit".

Edit: it's a "Seal Kit" (not sure maybe this is something different)
