tilt wheel

my truck does not have tilt wheel, and it drives me crazy. I want to know how hard it would be to switch out the coulmns from say a explorer into my 99 ranger.
 
i just did this, i found a column from another ranger, it was a direct bolt in.

i did however use my wheel, clock spring, multi function switch and shifter as the junk yard stuff was sorta nasty.
