bought my truck with DJM beams in the front and eccentric bushings(sp) problem is it has negative camber on the passenger side but not the driver side,i looked at the bushings and they are turned all the way up on both sides,so im a little confused whats going on,i just put drop springs in the front too and the driver side cambers a little bit but the passenger side is terrible...any suggestions?:icon_idea:

First off, I'm curious about the height of the your truck on each side? Measure it to the top of the fender.

I had the same issue on my truck until I got 4* adjustable bushings. Now I have aLOT of adjustment left in them. Got them from NAPA, but can't remember the part number for you. I'm going to guess and say they were 594-3950 (Napa can find them in a heartbeat if I'm wrong.)

You might have the right eccentric bushings--some-one might have read the chart wrong that comes with the bushings causing one wheel to be adjusted backwards--also, the tie-rods will have to be re-adjusted or things will reeally get goofy(it puts alotta stress on the ball joints). I got napa 4* adjustables like Insane- they got little alphabet letters & stuff stamped on the tops of em---if yours look like that, we can post the adjustment chart for you.....

I used to be a frequent poster on both.

Now I'm here 98% of the time. I agree... that site is full of posers and not so much help.

The Ranger Station = 90% help, 9% noobies needing help, 1% jerks
Ranger Power Sports = 90% nothing, 9% noobies not getting help, 1% useful answers

It's the dark side...

Question on the 4* adjustment bushings from NAPA. are these ranger specific? and does anyone have a diagram on where they are installed? i'm good with cars but not trucks, i'm trying to understand where these bushings are installed.

The camber adjustment bushings are installed on the upper balljoint. The bushing itself slides inbetween the balljoint and the I-Beam. I'm posting a picture to show you exactly where they are. The blue box denotes the location of the bushing. Camber is adjusted by rotating the bushing to a specific orientation, Caster can also be adjusted this way.

Also, the Ranger is not the only Ford vehicle that uses camber bushings. Any I-Beam equipped Ford Truck will use these as well.
