Low fuel Pressure

Just recently got truck and ran fine for couple weeks. Now when you start it will cut out then restart will idle fine for few mins. rev it up cut outs. Thought it was fpr changed that. picked up fuel pressure gauge.Pressure on rail 15 pounds( key on motor off)at out put on pump 15 pounds, pump on framerail will cycle. Now wondering which pump????? could be problem or what it could be any help would be great. Thanks Chris.

Worked on it some more

Had picked up some new battery clamps,so i changed those out, found a push connection at battery loose, plugged it back together and checked pressure at output on pump found 50 pounds. Put everything back together checked pressure at fuel rail found it to be 40 pounds. (These were done key on motor off). But when you start it pressure does not drop and acts like it floods out. Not sure where to go from here and advice would be great.Thanks in advance Chris
