can i replace the shifter knob from my 99 manual ranger with the mustang gt 2005 manual shifter knob??

i dont see why i wouldnt work does your previous shift knob screw off if they both screw off the mustnag one should fit unless the threads are differnt or the holes are bigger

i dont know, because i dont have the new knob, i was planning to order it from internet, what i want to know is if the gear stick is the same diameter between the 2 knobs

Im sure it would be the same. Even if it aint you can also get an adapter for the knob cuz if anything the mustang knob would be bigger. but like i said, you can get an adapter for it to fit.
