Which years will bolt directly into 87 ranger? Tech library doesnt say what years.

Not sure on years. Look for mid 80's. I think you have to swap out sliders on the seats. I havnt done this but look into it once.
ive hern of people doing explorer bucket seat swaps and i think they bolt up

I have a 93 ford ranger and have swapped in mustang lx bucket seats. The only thing i noticed while doing the swap was that all i needed to do was put the ranger brackets on the mustang seats(they came from an 84 or 85 mustang LX) very simple to swap the tracks.
What are the seat tracks? Because my seats right now are just shot. They move back and forth and dont stay up...lean too much and im laying down. So, if I have to swap something from my original seats, i guess i wont go with mustang seats.
