Why is the blink speed on the instrument panel so different between the left and right arrows?
Bad connection somewhere.
If it were open, one side would stay on forever.
You can try to isolate it with a voltage drop test.

The turn signal uses the same blinker for both sides. If one circuit has less power use on it, it will blink faster. A burned out bulb will cause a turn signal circuit to use less power, and blink faster. Check all your bulbs.

just turn on your hazard flashers and see which bulb is not working.

Is it a difficult task to change both bulbs?
