Calling all transmission guru's! Before I changed my clutch the transmission shifted perfectly into all gears, now....
1993 Ranger 2wd 4.0l manual trans. I just changed my clutch and threw the transmission back in. Started up and wen't for 1st gear. It will absolutely NOT go into first or second no matter what I do. It goes into 3rd, 4th, 5th and reverse just fine. It is like something is blocking it from moving into first and second. I bled the slave properly (even followed the TSB by putting the rear 1 foot in the air to bleed). Still nothing. I can't think of anything I did that would have caused this. Please HELP!!

. BTW thank you A.D. for responding to my PM. You were the only person that even took a guess. Turned out to be a busted neutral safety switch actuator linkage inside the shift actuator plate. That stopped the 1st/2nd shaft from moving...I did say it felt like something was holding it in place... It's great to bounce an idea off someone who knows what they are talking about and have something come back...thanks bro!!!
