99 Explorer Cruise Control in 96 B3000

Hi;

I have a 99 Explorer parts car. I am wondering about taking the cruise control out of it and putting it in my 96 B3000(Ranger). Is it possible? I can swap the steering column if necessary. Thanks for any advice.

I don't know about the Gen 4's, but in my Gen 3, I had to swap the steering column AND the dashboard wiring harness because my clock spring did not have wiring for the cruise and the cabin wiring haness did not have provisions for the cruise computer nor servo connections.
