Was looking at this ranger, and not much info posted about it. 158k miles 4x4, thats about it. picture shows the 4x4 off-road on the sides. was curious if that could maybe tell me what options it has?
Thanks

first off, do you know what year?
I'm just going to assume 98-up
it has skid plates, ford 8.8 28 spline axle, and a sticker.
4.10 gears and a limited slip were optional

1998 xlt 4x4. auto tranny. 158k miles $2650. seems kinda cheap to me, wonder if somethings wrong with it. Ive tried sending the guy an e-mail

i have a '00 4x4 with the "off road package" it just has skid plates, 4.10s and a L/S
but somewhere in one of the ford books that came with it theres a section about stage 2 leaf springs or something like that

its a little cheaper than kelley blue book. look it over, could be a great catch.

my 98 3.0 offroad had skid plates and l/s with 3.73 gears in a 7.5, tow hooks and thats pretty much it. offroad doesnt really guaranty anything but skids and hooks maybe the l/s. the 4.10s 8.8 didnt come standard untill the fx4 and then it had the 4.0

all offroad package is gonna mean is.....skid plates...beefy-er shocks and springs and maybe fog lights and tow hooks
