hey guys how did you regular cab guys do your sub installs?

check my post on here. I got a 95 with a 12" behind the passanger seat

i bought a 12" kicker cvt with the box for about $160 it can handle 800w it fits so nice and snugly under the sheet metal lip. its like a press fit. and i can take my bench (not a 60/40) all the way back and it wont hit the sub. even when i got it crankin.

I have a Panasonic head unit, JL audio speakers, 10" infinity reference sub in a mtx thunder form box powered by a pioneer 400w class D mono amp and it sounds great. yeah its not the loudest thing ever but given the airspace being stuffed into a single cab with the seats all the way back, it was way louder than I expected. Through in the fact that I got the amp for $152 new and the sub and box on ebay for $157 shipped, and it sounds really good! lol does anyone know how to post pics

thats a nice setup all i got is a 10" in a triangular box i hacked behind the middle bench but it looks crummy lol and my amp is just under the window and just within view with the armrest all the way up :annoyed:

Thanks, I just installed it on Sunday. I wanted a better amp but for the price and the fact that it would fit perfectly next to the box I couldn't pass it up. It is actually a really nice amp though I was surprised. This was my first infinity sub it came with the box. It sounds pretty good so I'm keeping it for now.

here is a pic of mine.

thats killer man but wtf are you going to do if you got a flat?

Darkhorse, what box is that? Looks like a good fit. Does it require the seats being pushed forward at all?
