Blowing air into the cab from the air vents.

This happened after installing the plugs?
Maybe you disconected the vaccum line that actuates the A/C vents (provided it is actuated by vaccum).
It goes behind the engine into the firewall.
You may have broken it. Turn on your engine and listen for a vaccum leak.

mine did that similar yr the vacuum line was brittle and cracked. since i pulled my a/c i like having the breeze while driving if i dont feel like rolling the windows down (raining outside) so ive learned to live w/ it.
