So I bought a '02 F-150 today. I was at the parts store and ran into a friend, started talking to him and he told me he lost the motor in his truck. Said he was driving down the road, it started making noise then just quit. Went to start it and just made a loud Click.
Told me he'd let it go for $1000, an hour later and $800 in his hands I became the proud owner of an '02 Supercab 2wd Xlt Sport F-150. Its a pretty nice truck too, 4.6 v8, sunroof, power seats, locks, mirrors, etc. Its got 120,000 Mi on it and the body is decent, No rust, a few dings and scratches but whatever.
I'm real happy though, I'm looking for a motor and hopefully it will be on the road in the next month
