Tranny Leak 94 Mazda B4000

I found this post, and realized this is exactly what is going on with my Mazda b4000 which has the same tranny and engine as this ranger. What exactly is wrong? Where is the fluid leaking out of? On My truck the fluid is only leaking out of the driver side, the passenger side is dry does that mean that only one of the shift rail plugs is leaking? Any info would be helpful
