Ummmm, why? I am pretty sure some insurance is going to cover it. If not however, I think it would be a great idea.

Idk, perhaps because the father of that family didn't survive? I'm actually signature 6130. A friend of a friend started it. Thats like 2 miles from my school.

as strange as it sounds, some insurance companies don't cover for losses that are not weather related: tornadoes, high winds, etc. some insurance companies do not cover loses for airplane crashes. or "other accidents"
