hey guys, like the title says i would like to see how everybody mounted their shocks for a ford 9 inch, if it makes a diff, my truck is a 90 short bed single cab that was 2wd, also do you think it would be a good idea to make one off of the leaf spring plate where the u bolts bolt down to? if thats understandable,

thoes look pretty nice but i was hopeing to see some pics od how people mounted them, whether they used the stock upper mounts or made new ones, and i was hopeing to find out the angles that are used by the factory axle since i no longer have the old on to get measurments off of.
 
Ideally you want the longest shocks mounted as close to vertical as possible. When I swapped the 8.8 into my Ranger, I made taller custom mountson the frame end.
