Ok I have an odd problem with the 88 I just bought. When you put it in gear it works great no problems and was said to have a new clutch but the shifter is outta wack. You can pull the shifter to the driver side past 1 and 2 gear and it drops into slots that shouldnt be there and does the same thing to the passenger side past 5 and reverse...... any ideas? Its driveable providing you dont drop it into one of those slots (grinds reall bad and gets stuck) hoping this is just a simple problem with the shifter but if anyone has an idea let me know.
