help wont start major proplems

i got an 02 ford ranger 3.0 the water pump went out and it over heated bad i changed the water pump and it wouldn't start so i changed the spark plug wires and plugs then i checked compression it was bad so i changed the all the gaskets from the block up and new battery it has spark, fuel and turns over any ideas any would be nice i cant think of any reason why it wont start plus the cpu for the truck hasn't any codes stored so my scanner is worthless help

yes i have 120 in all clinyders and all plugs have spark

Punctuation.

Get a scan tool that can monitor engine parameters and see if the engine is seeing engine RPM correctly.

How is your fuel pressure?

checked injectors they are fine

have u checked the block for any cracks. when cast iron blocks over heat they crack.
