ok guys since i rolled my 84 ranger i have a 87 ranger that had a 2.9 and 5 speed and was wondering if the 2.8 and 4 speed out of my 84 would fit in witout any major problems? mainly the ignition system
 
um, why? the 2.9 and it's fuel injection are far superior to a carburetor and a 2.8
 
the 2.9 is blown and went to the crusher and the 5 speed is now a 4 speed that wont come out of 1st
