Rear Defrost...

Well, ever since I bought my rig over a year ago, the wire that hooks to the defrost "grid" on the rear window has been broken off the window. How do I go about attaching it again? I assume it needs some sort of conductive adheasive?

If anything can be done with it, it would be soldering the terminal back to the grid. Can you post some pics, showing what you have going on?
