hi, this is a question about a diff vehicle, its an 80 f150 with a c6 and is 4x4. I disconnected the shift linkage to the transfer case bfor and i hooked it back up yesterday...went to put it into drive and it sounds like it not catch into drive but when i put it into 4wheel it will shift into drive. The transmission was already rebuilt and it worked fine bfor i did this soo did i put the linkage on wrong or something? Could it be some how stuck between 2hi and 4hi cuz of the linkage being wrong?
