Hey folks, Im just doing a roll call of all the Western Michiganders on TRS. I know of Holshotracer and CheapThrillsB2 who live within a few miles of me. There any other TRS guys around the Grand Rapids area? Maybe we could all meet up sometime!

I'm a ways north of you.
I've been to silver lake with many of the Cheap thrills guys. I even have a pic on thier website.
Every Fathers day I go to Silver lake, We plan on renting a cabin this year.
Are you on GL4x4?

haha, now i wish i would have gone, instead i jsut say at my house about 3/4 a mile from town on 32, figured it would have been all of the same cars as it usually is.

i just bought an 86 yoda .. it's my wheeling rig now .. was kinda upset the day i bought it there was a 88 ranger 4x4 in the paper for 800 .. but if the yoda is ready i can bring it down , or hit it light with the ranger

Doesen't everybody in Hillman drive yodas? Lol. I see TONS of them in town.

yes, there are alot of yodas in this town, makes it easy to get parts, actually last night a friend of mine called me and offered me another for $500 with a blown engine , i'd have bough it if the truck i bought didnt come with spare front and rear axles

Seeing how there is only a handfull of people from michigan that replied on here I don't think it matters if they were from the western side or not.

Man, I just logged on. Looks like I missed the show. There was one in alanson today but I didn't go. They used to have a great show with hundreds of vehicles there. I called the guy in charge and he said the firemen took it over. Now they don't even have different classes. They just give trophys to the 50 nicest vehicles. And nothing else as far as events go. Last year they only had 90 vehicles. Sounds like it's going down hill. So I didn't think it was worth the hour drive. I went golfing at Garland instead. Lol

nice, my aunt used to work at garland, i wanted to go to rocks and valleys yesterday , but everyone bailed on me , but i went to a local mud bog, and out ot my property , almost made if through where a full size chevy on 39's got stuck , tps connector that i had unplugged got shorted out and engine woudn't rev over 2,000, kinda sux see'n as my front tires were on solid ground

My parents moved from Wyandotte shortly before I was born. I go to Bishop Park all the time.

Bundy Hill is in the Jackson area.

Hey All I just moved to Grand Rapids From Phoenix, AZ about three months ago just in time for Winter...Damn. I work in downtown Grand Rapids and live in Jenison. I would be down for a meet, I know jeremycbenson has been trying to organize one in a previous thread. on another note, does anyone know a good place to get parts in this area? I went to Baker uto parts, and those guys were all assholes, standing around doin jack $*!t. I want to convert my 00' XLT 2WD White Front end to a 03+. So far I have a grille and headlights. Thoughts anyone? Thanks for the time and consideration, Best,
