I see the rear wheel well needs a bit of work...but it looks like it would be worth fixing up...I'd check the firewall and cab corners/floorboards for more if you haven't already done so...
My 88 cab was in mint shape but the box and part of the rear frame rail was gone...not hard to repair/replace...hope you find plenty of help on here or can offer some of your experience...
