Well what are the opinions on these tires? I was set on the BFGs but found some buckshots for cheaper. About the same tread. interested in treadwear, road manners and noise, offroad performance. Thanks.

dont get the buckshots maxxis is discontiuning them

if you want maxxis look at the bighorn have heard good things about them

Who cares if they are discontinuing them...other then the fact you will like them so much you want another set ok j/k there but I have a set on my truck and they are pretty quite on the road I do drive it on the hwy alot and they other day I had one stuck with the sidewall spinning on a rock and didn't hurt it and so far they have been great in the mud.. I have about 6000 miles on them not to much ware on them but make sure your alignment is good i got my set for $450 in a 31 10.50 15 oh and might add to they do well in the snow to as well as deep standing water on the road

the nice thing about discontinued tires is you can get them for less most of the time
