Tail lights but no brake lights

1989 4x4 xlt 2.9 supercab. Just noticed that I do not have brake lights. Replaced bulbs still no change. I guess it may be the brake light switch. How difficult is this replacement? I have turn signals, backup lights, and running lights just no brake lights. any advice ?Thanks
 
I'm guessing here but usually the Brake-Light Sw is located on the Brake Pedal, up under the Dash.
It either snaps in, screws in or is held in place by a clip.
