Most wheel travel with stock arms and beams

How much wheel travel can I get on a 92 4wd Explorer if I don't touch my stock arms and beams? I'm thinking of some 2" lift coils, probably Skyjacker 132x springs, longer shocks, and sway bar D/C for the trails? Ive read on some sights the stock TTB only can have 6" travel and other sights people state you can have 12"-14" of wheel travel on stock arms. How is this? :icon_confused:
 
Most I've seen with stock arms/beams.
4" trailmaster lift, claims 13" of travel.
