removing door panels

1989 4x4 xlt supercab. need advice on how to remove door panels to access speakers in the front, also tips to access the ones in the back near the jumpseats. Just wanted a little info before I started Thanks.
 
i dont know if yours are different from mine. but my back speakers were 4 bolts of the protection screen cover and the speaker was mounted to that with 4 bolts. my front door panels needed a special piece to pull my wind up window arms off.
