Just got everything back together but the Master had no air in it when I started. Really hard getting into gear and the release point is very close to the floor

Yeah, it went from loosey goosey to medium resistance with a normal bleed. It had a lot of resistance before I started though. I could barely press the pedal in with my hand when I was trying to take off the pushrod.
