I need help...

Here's the case:

Transmission to my 1999XLT blew two weeks ago and replaced it, with a fairly low milage tranny. Yesterday the ABS light came on, O/D light flashing, Check Engine light on, The Speedometer isn't working the needle pops every now and then, Fuel Gage isn't working, and worst of all the transmission is refusing to shift

Could you guys give me some suggestions of where to start on resolving this problem,

thanks

the vehicle speed sensor in the rear diff is shot.

the fuel gauge issue is most likely unrelated...could be a bad in-tank sender.

Get grounded

Check your ground wires, You may have unbolted one when you did the tranny and not realized it. You can run a piece of 10 gauge wire from the Neg Batt post to various spots on the chassis and engine and see if this helps. Because, when you have multiple electrical issues at once it can be a ground wire off or broken.

Also make sure you don't have low voltage. Usually it will cause the ABS then the airbag light to come on and then on down the line. But I agree with the above, sounds like bad ground...
