91 4.0 low oil light

It looks like I'm leaking oil from somewhere around the sensor. Anyone have any idea as to how it's sealed off? Looks like there is an adapter, then the sensor screws in. Just trying to see what I might need in parts to get it fixed. Is this a common problem?

Drain oil, clean the surface of the sensor, after being removed, with brake parts cleaner thoroughly, replace with new sensor, slap some high temp rtv on it and forget about it.

Where do I get a new sensor? My parts store doesn't list one. I'm not sure it's actually leaking from the sensor but the sensor housing.
