A4LD valve body torque specs

Can anybody give me the torque specs on the valve body bolts. Also on my 94 Ranger is there a way to change the vacuum modulator without removing the exhaust.
 
100 inch pounds .
 
Thank you. I have it all back together and I am still having problems with delayed drive. I have striped and cleaned the valve body, adjusted the bands and changed the vacuum modulator. I am afraid this tranny is going to go the shop.
