hi everyone,

i'm thinking about selling my truck. its a 90 ranger xlt. 4x4 doesnt work, almost 220,000 thousand miles (original motor), soon to be a new clutch. 30 x 9.5 x 15 steel radial sport kings with good tread with 15 x 8 dick cepek dc-1s. inside is in pretty good shape. wear on the drivers seat and a couple water stains on passenger side floor. outside is good. no rust, some dents and dings. painted a few months ago. how much would you say? the only picture i could find is my avatar and i don't know where its at to get it bigger.

thousand, maybe.

I'd only give maybe 700..

1000 if the 4x4 worked. I'd highly advise fixing the 4x4 before selling it.

But why not keep it...? Sounds like a decent truck.

idk, i just want a new truck. i dont have the money to fix 4x4. i was just going to by a beater truck for a couple hundred bucks and put the moneyi got for my truck in the bank and start saving for a new truck once i go back to work

what's wrong with the 4x4? If you are going to get a beater, keep the truck you have and run it til it drops. If you get 700 for it, your going to go spend at least that much on anything driveable, or to get a heap to be drivable. keep salting away a car payment every month for several months and you will have a decent down payment on a truck.

when you do get back to work, you can use your truck as a work truck after you get your new one, or fix the 4wd system and really have fun with it.

Just my thoughts...

AJ
