Sounds like your blower motor resistor has gone bye-bye. Luckily, this is an easy fix.

It is in the blower box, closer to the engine than the blower motor. It is the only other thing with wires going to it other than the blower motor itself.

+1 on the resistor and your plug is probably melted to the resistor so it would be a good idea to replace that too. And also the part # for the resistor is RU-318 and the part # for the plug is S-630. The manufacturer is Standard Motor Products.
