Hard to start what to check?

Ok I am having a hard time starting in the mornings or when I let it sit for a little while. I have to feather the gas peddle a bit to get it started. Once running and warm it starts just fine.

What do I need to check? And how?
 
Engine coolant temperature sensor and circuitry.:)shady
 
What are the normal resistance specs for this sensor I can not seem to find

also where is it located? can't seem to find Haynes manual atm :(
 
tune up and clean the throtle body
 
I had a problem like this, it turned out to be the EGR valve and solenoid.I also removed and cleaned the throttle body and cleaned the EGR tube.
